Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Trainer to join our Learning & Development team in the Oxfordshire area. This remote role involves regular travel to deliver and assess mandatory and specialist training, including inductions and practical skill assessments across sites within a 100-mile radius.

You will support staff development, with ongoing opportunities to gain qualifications and advance your career while contributing to high-quality care for individuals with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of occupational competency in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with individuals with physical and/or neurological conditions.
• Training qualification such as AET or equivalent or willingness to work towards.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess mandatory and specialist training.
• Conduct inductions and updates.
• Perform practical skill assessments.
• Ensure colleagues are up to date and deliver high-quality care.
• Travel to Active Care Group sites and training venues within an approx. 100-mile radius.
