Job summary

Prime Life Ltd is seeking a Care Home Trainer / Coordinator to support the Quality Matters Manager and Workforce Development Director by reviewing learning, development and training needs across services and ensuring targets are met.

You will deliver staff training through face-to-face sessions, eLearning, competency checks, supervision and distance learning, traveling regularly to Prime Life homes and central services; a full clean driving licence and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning & development and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Review learning and training needs across services to meet targets.
• Provide guidance to Managers, Regional Teams and employees.
• Deliver direct staff training via face-to-face, eLearning, competency checks, supervision and distance learning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports reflecting practice and development.
