C&M Travel Recruitment seeks a Sales Team Manager for a leading travel business in Cheshire. You will lead a multi-brand sales team, driving sales, margin and service performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience across brands.

Role operates Mon-Fri 9:00–17:30 with 1 Saturday per month, with a competitive basic salary and commission/bonus and other company benefits. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Service, you will coach, train and develop the team, review performance data,

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading travel business in Cheshire, seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Service, you will lead a multi-brand sales team, driving sales, margin and service performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience across a portfolio of brands. This role will be working Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm with 1 Saturday per month and offers a competitive basic salary, commission/bonus and many other company benefits.

Travel Sales Manager Experience Required :

• Previous experience in a Sales Team Leader or Sales Management role in travel
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation abilities.
• A natural ability to coach, motivate and develop people.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
