VIVID is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll carry out paperless stock condition surveys on dwellings and non-dwelling assets from start to finish, updating our asset management database.

The role is based in our Basingstoke office with travel across Hampshire; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is required, and business mileage is paid.

• Proficient with digital tools and asset databases.

Responsabilités

• Carry out paperless stock condition surveys on dwellings and non-dwelling assets from start to finish and update the asset management database.
• Report any building defects through the appropriate channels.
• Manage your diary to book and attend appointments and meet survey targets.
