This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract position working 37 hours per week. This role is contractually based out of our Basingstoke office and covers stock throughout Hampshire. You’ll spend the majority of your time out and about surveying, but don't worry, we’ll reimburse you for part of your mileage, so you’ll not be out of pocket.
As a stock condition surveyor, you’ll carry out paperless home health checks (also known as stock condition surveys) on dwellings & non-dwelling building assets; managing the survey from start to finish in order to update our asset management database. You’ll take ownership from appointment making stage, through to validating and uploading data into the asset database, making sure that the data is always accurate and up to date. Ultimately working well to deadlines and under pressure during busy periods. As we carry out paperless surveys, you’ll be competent using technology and the systems alongside this with the necessary system training. While experience and knowledge of surveying, asset management, or similar, would be beneficial, training will also be provided where needed.
