Job summary

VIVID! is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor for a 12-month fixed term contract, full-time (37 hours per week). Role based at the Basingstoke office and covers stock across Hampshire, with mileage reimbursement for travel.

You will carry out paperless home health checks, manage surveys from start to finish, and upload data to the asset management database. A full UK driving licence is required as travel is involved.

Qualifications

• You will carry out paperless home health checks (stock condition surveys) on dwellings & non-dwelling building assets.
• Manage the survey from start to finish and upload data to the asset management database.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out paperless home health checks on dwellings and non-dwelling assets.
• Manage surveys from appointment to data upload, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Report building defects through the appropriate channels and support asset planning.
