Job summary

1st Select Limited seeks an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats in Cambridge, both internally and externally. This is for a leading consultancy managing a large contract.

The role is a 6-month contract with potential to extend. Benefits include flexible working hours and payment outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Stock Condition Surveying experience required.
• HHSRS experience preferred.
• RDSAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, internally and externally.
• Support the programme delivery for a large contract covering Cambridge.
• Contribute to surveying reports and recommendations within project timelines.
