Job summary
Bystronic Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to maintain, repair and commission Bystronic press brakes. You will diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and software faults, and perform machine parameter configuration and software updates.
The role requires reading electrical/hydraulic/mechanical docs, training customers on operation and safety, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic or related field.
- At least 3 years of industrial machinery maintenance, installation or field service experience.
- Experience with press brakes, CNC machinery or similar industrial equipment preferred.
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and mechanical documentation.

- Maintain, repair, install and commission Bystronic press brakes.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and software faults.
- Configure CNC/PLC systems and machine parameters; perform software updates.
