Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Sales professional for MedTech in the UK to drive Surgical DPS products with surgeons and healthcare teams. You will manage regional accounts, train clinical staff, and coordinate with marketing and education teams to maximize product adoption and patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic account planning, hands-on theatre support, and proactive collaboration across functions to deliver value in complex procedures and develop strong relationships

Qualifications

• Account handling across regional accounts and surgeons.
• Training clinicians and staff on new products and procedures.
• Strategic selling to meet DPS portfolio targets across procedures.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, education, and commercial teams.
• Develop and update stakeholder maps and engagement plans.

Responsabilités

• Account Management: Strive for positive customer experience of DPS in all allocated accounts in region, in-person/phone case support for valid requests and complex surgeries with new product innovation.
• Inventory Management: Identify opportunities for optimising consignment, manage inventory with the customer, provide training on inventory management and proactive region targets.
• Training & Education: Provide regular training of clinical staff on product and principles to ensure safe, effective use and upskill to reduce reactive service demand.
• Sales Execution: Challenger & procedural selling to achieve targets; 80% customer facing time; conduct in-theatre product evaluations and promote DPS activity.
• Collaboration across functions: Work with marketing, Prof Ed, HCC, and commercial teams to support the customer DPS experience.
• Business acumen: Account planning and execution; update business plans during reviews with RSM.
• KOL management: Contribute to stakeholder maps and engagement plans to understand decision makers.
