Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division seeks a Clinical Specialist to support theatre teams across UK territories. You’ll train staff, share clinical product knowledge, and help grow our portfolio with surgeons and nurses in orthopaedics and sports medicine.

You will promote portfolio products, support medical education events, and maintain CRM data while aligning with Credo values. Strong in-person communication and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthopaedics/sports medicine or theatre environment is essential.
• Desirable: health sciences/ anatomy background or arthroscopy clinical qualification (ODP/RGN/Physiotherapy).
• NHS knowledge and commercial acumen are essential? (as implied).

Responsibilities

• Provide in theatre support to consultants and nursing staff.
• Provide product information and indications to orthopaedic consultants and theatre staff.
• Support timely deliveries and seamless service to customers, including training and stock checks.
• Promote Depuy products through education meetings and training sessions.
• Develop opportunities across key focus accounts and assist in education events.
• Achieve business goals in line with Credo values.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clinical stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
• Present to hospital meetings and exhibitions; manage CRM data and reporting.
