Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a clinical-to-commercial professional to join their dynamic med-tech team in the UK. You will deliver in-theatre case support, provide product training and help drive clinical education across multiple surgical areas.

You’ll run product evaluations, support adoption of new technologies, and collaborate with surgeons and theatre staff. A driving licence and clinical or life science background are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates with clinical background (ODP/Theatre Nurse/Physician Associate) or life science degree seeking a commercial, customer-facing surgical role.
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Willingness to travel and operate across theatres and accounts in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-theatre case support, product training and clinical education.
• Run product evaluations and facilitate adoption of new technologies.
• Support surgeons, scrub nurses, ODPs and theatre teams across various surgeries.
• Assist sales with new product introductions, promote appropriate use and growth in accounts.
