Paragon Social Care is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to provide empathetic, trauma-informed support to a young person with complex emotional and mental health needs in a long-term solo provision. • Support Daily Living and Routines - Encourage engagement in daily routines and activities promoting stability and wellbeing.
• Provide Therapeutic Support and Guidance - Use trauma-informed, grounding, and emotional regulation techniques to support recovery.
• Maintain Accurate Records - Document incidents, interventions, and communications per safeguarding and organisational requirements.
• Participate in Supervision and Training - Engage in supervision and mandatory training to maintain professional standards.
• Transporting the Young Person - Ensure the young person is taken to appointments, activities or education as needed.
• Work Collaboratively with Key Stakeholders - Liaise with CAMHS, social workers, emergency services for coordinated care.
