Paragon Social Care is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to support a young person aged 11–17 with complex emotional and mental health needs. You will provide trauma-informed care, build trust, and help with daily routines in a long-term setting.

Role emphasizes emotional safety, consistency, and relationship-based care. Training, supervision, and development opportunities are offered within a supportive team.

• Experience in mental health or youth care settings.
