Qualifications

• Experience in mental health or youth care settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living routines and promote wellbeing for the young person.
• Provide therapeutic support and guide emotional regulation.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and interventions.
• Engage in supervision, training and reflective practice.
• Transport the young person to appointments and activities.
