LinkLiving’s Edinburgh Young Persons’ Service is seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to support young people aged 16 to 25 facing homelessness, trauma, or related challenges. You will manage a caseload, work flexibly, and employ a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to help individuals move towards greater independence.

Based in Edinburgh with potential office moves to Leith in 2027, the role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday 9-5, with

• Motivated and compassionate individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build positive relationships with young people aged 16 to 25.
• Experience not essential; good communication and commitment are valued.
