Heathervale House in Edinburgh is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated team providing support to young people in a safe, nurturing environment. The role focuses on building trust, safeguarding, and promoting wellbeing while working across early, late and night shift patterns.

You will engage young people to reach their potential, uphold their rights, and contribute to trauma-informed, relationship-based care.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting young people.
• Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of employment.
• PVG Scheme clearance or update required before start.
