LinkLiving is a Scottish health and wellbeing charity based in Edinburgh, seeking Support Workers to help people live better lives within our Edinburgh Mental Health Services. You will build positive relationships, work collaboratively with colleagues, and treat everyone with dignity, empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications in this field required.
• Commitment to supporting people with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional, practical and social support to promote independence, wellbeing and informed choice in daily life.
• Support people through difficult periods, helping them build resilience, skills and confidence toward recovery.
• Work in person-centred and trauma-informed ways, building relationships with people affected by mental health challenges.
• Staff may administer medication; full training will be provided.
• Work within visiting housing support teams or Core and Cluster accommodation services to provide support.
