LinkLiving is seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker for the HoME service in Edinburgh. The role focuses on one-to-one practical and emotional support to tenants at risk of losing their tenancies, in collaboration with Housing Officers and the Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team.

The post involves 21 hours per week over three days, with travel across the wider Edinburgh area. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and the role is trauma-informed with strong

Qualifications

• Good standard of general education.
• Experience supporting clients with a range of issues and complex needs.
• Excellent written, verbal and digital communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide individually tailored one-to-one practical and emotional support.
• Help tenants maintain their homes and address tenancy difficulties.
• Focus on the safety and wellbeing of clients in a supportive environment.
• Work closely with Housing Officers and the Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team.
• Work with a range of agencies to support clients.
• Build relationships with partner organisations.
