Job summary

LinkLiving in Edinburgh is seeking a part-time practitioner to provide practical and emotional support to tenants in the HoME service, helping them maintain their homes and develop independence. You will work closely with Housing Officers and the Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team to deliver tailored support.

You will have a good general education, experience with clients with complex needs, and strong communication skills across writing, speaking and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Good standard of general education.
• Experience supporting clients with a range of issues and complex needs.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, verbally and digitally.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and partner organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to tenants referred to the service.
• Maintain tenancy by working with Housing Officers and the wider team.
• Prioritise workload, manage time, and engage in multiagency working.
• Use IT systems including online client management platforms.
