Job summary

The Housing Network in Oxford is seeking a Support Worker to assist residents with complex needs. You will deliver trauma-informed, strength-based support, and work with partners to provide holistic services within a mobile role across Oxford sites.

You will deliver 3 hours of support per resident, complete initial support plans within 48 hours of move-in, and move-on plans within 2 weeks, aiming for settled accommodation and reduced re-offending.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed and strength-based approaches essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support sessions and signposting to help residents gain independence.
• Manage a caseload to ensure residents receive appropriate support.
• Assist residents with tenancy documentation and understanding benefits.
• Support residents to move toward settled and independent accommodation.
• Engage with partners to reduce re-offending and ensure safeguarding.
