Job summary

The Housing Network, in partnership with the YMCA, is seeking a Support Worker for Complex Needs to deliver trauma‑informed, strength‑based support and build meaningful, outcome‑focused plans with residents.

You will manage a caseload, provide 1:1 sessions and signposting, support tenancy documentation and benefits, and uphold safeguarding for individuals and the wider community. DBS and references are required; right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strength-based, trauma-informed support to residents.
• Ability to manage a caseload and provide 1:1 support.
• Understanding tenancy documents and benefits to support independent living.
• DBS check and references required; right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.
