Job summary

Coventry City Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Housing and Homelessness Service. You will undertake Care Act assessments, complete strengths-based reviews, manage a complex caseload and develop outcome-focused support plans for adults with care and support needs within the homelessness pathway.

• Understanding of Adult Social Care legislation
• Experience with CareAct assessments and safeguarding
• Experience working with vulnerable adults in homelessness or housing
