Job summary

Missing Link is seeking a Shared Housing Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support to women with mental health and complex needs who have experienced homelessness. You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, staff development, safeguarding, and contractual compliance, while building strong partnerships.

The successful candidate will have experience in housing/ homelessness or related settings, a commitment to equality, and exceptional leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Experience of managing or supervising staff within housing, homelessness, mental health, domestic abuse, or other support services.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed, person-centred approaches and the challenges faced by women experiencing multiple disadvantage.
• Experience of supporting people with complex needs, including mental health needs, and promoting positive outcomes.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team, creating a positive and supportive working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, partners and external agencies.
• Experience of managing service performance, maintaining quality standards and meeting contractual requirements.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Confidence in managing safeguarding concerns, risk, and complex situations.
