Job summary

Single Homeless Project in Greenwich is seeking a Service Manager to lead a multi-functional team delivering assessment, support and move-on for young people aged 16+. The role focuses on safeguarding, housing management, risk, performance and day-to-day operations, with trauma-informed, personalised care.

You’ll build partnerships with local authorities and agencies, ensure Ofsted readiness and continuous service improvement, and participate in training to grow as a leader in this vital London

Qualifications

• Experience managing accommodation-based, residential or youth housing services.
• Ability to lead a sizeable team and hold service-wide standards.
• Experience safeguarding, health and safety, risk and quality in social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, high-quality delivery of the service across safeguarding, housing, risk and day-to-day operations.
• Provide trauma-informed, personalised support to young people to build stability and independence.
• Strengthen partnerships with Greenwich authorities, commissioners and partner agencies.
