Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to support disengaged and vulnerable learners in your community. Roles include Maths, English or Science tuition in person, online or hybrid with trauma-informed approaches for SEMH/SEND needs.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay (£28-£35/hr), CPD and mentoring, and a supportive tutor community to help you transform young lives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons; deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Support pupils from KS1–KS5 and report progress regularly.
