Job summary

Targeted Provision in the United Kingdom is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition for learners with SEMH and SEND needs. Roles are available in person, hybrid, and remote formats, offering flexible hours to suit your schedule and the needs of disengaged or at‑risk learners.

The organisation collaborates with Schools and Local Authorities to raise educational standards, and supports candidates through safer recruitment, DBS facilitation, and ongoing CPD

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a trauma-informed way
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
• QTS / QTLS qualification
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references
• UK residency and right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• Contribute to raising education standards for SEND and SEMH needs
