Job summary

Targeted Provision is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tutoring to disengaged and vulnerable learners with SEMH/SEND needs. Roles are flexible (in person, hybrid, or remote) to fit your schedule and location.

You’ll join a mission-driven, trauma-informed team that supports pupils through tailored lessons, progress reports, and safeguarding practices. QTS/QTLS and DBS are preferred, with 2+ years of teaching experience in SEND contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, with SEND/SEMH experience.
• Subjects include Maths, English, or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS clearance and two professional references.
• Must be based in the UK with right to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person, online / remote, and hybrid tutoring for Maths, English, or Science to learners with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Plan lessons and provide flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring; report progress.
• Support KS1–KS5 as appropriate for your skills and liaise with local authorities and schools.
• Contribute to safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
