Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver Maths, English or Science tutoring to children and young people with SEND/SEMH across the UK. Roles are flexible, offering in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching options to suit your schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QLTS, and an Enhanced DBS. Join a trauma-informed team committed to transforming lives and supporting disengaged learners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QLTS) is required.
• Enhanced DBS completed or facilitated by us and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work; safeguarding knowledge encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online or hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with flexible, trauma-informed tutoring.
• Plan and report on lessons and provide progress feedback.
• Contribute to reimagining support for vulnerable young people in SEND services.
