Job summary

Kent County Council's Youth Justice Service is seeking a Restorative Community Development Practitioner to create and facilitate restorative and reparative interventions for children in the youth justice system. You will work with multi-agency partners to develop engaging resources aligned to victims' wishes and to support the child's desistance and opportunities for success.

Experience engaging with adolescents who have experienced trauma is valued; qualifications are not mandatory.

• Create, facilitate and offer restorative and reparative interventions, activities and projects.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners and community groups to develop sustainable restorative resources.
