Job summary

Sacro invites applications for a Youth Justice Worker to join the existing Youth Justice team. You will work directly with young people who offend, delivering Restorative Justice and behavioural change programmes.

The role requires experience with youth offenders, knowledge of psychosocial interventions, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. A PVG check and a valid driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people who offend.
• Knowledge of psychosocial and psychological interventions.
• Experience delivering group work programmes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Experience of multi-disciplinary team working would be an advantage.
• PVG membership/clearance required.
• A valid driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with young people as part of the Youth Justice team.
• Deliver Restorative Justice and behaviour change programmes.
