Job summary

360 Crs is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner for our Plymouth and Exeter homes. The role is a zero hours position with pay of £13.50–£14.00 per hour (DOE) plus a £50 sleep-in bonus and enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays.

You will support children aged 7–17 in warm, stable homes while building trusting relationships, safeguarding, and promoting development. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/young people.
• Full UK driving licence & access to a car.
• Willingness to work a varied rota.

Responsibilities

• Being a positive, grounding influence for young people.
• Building meaningful relationships based on trust.
• Supporting emotional development, independence, routines, learning & community involvement.
• Championing safeguarding and positive practice.
