Job summary

360 Crs is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner to provide stable, trauma-informed care across Plymouth and Exeter homes.

You will build trusting relationships with young people aged 7–17, support emotional development, routines, learning and community involvement, and contribute to safeguarding. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and sleep-ins is required.

A full UK driving licence is advantageous; a £50 sleep-in bonus and enhanced pay for overtime/bank holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/young people.
• Full UK driving licence & access to a car.
• Willingness to work a varied rota.

£13.50ph - £14.00ph (DOE) + £50 bonus per sleep-in Enhancement rates available for overtime and bank holidays.

This role requires working across our Plymouth and Exeter homes.
