Job summary

360 CRS is hiring a Residential Support Practitioner to help create a safe, nurturing home for children aged 7–17. You’ll provide grounding, build trustful relationships, and support emotional development within a trauma-informed team.

Rota includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins; enhancements apply for overtime and bank holidays, plus a £50 sleep-in bonus. Role requires experience with children and young people, flexibility across a 24-hour rota, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Willingness to work a varied rota (24-hour shifts).
• Full UK driving licence.
