Job summary

360 CRS is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner to help create a safe, nurturing home for young people aged 7–17. The role involves supporting emotional development, routines, and community involvement within a trauma-informed, team-oriented environment.

You will work across homes in the Southwest, London, and Durham, with shifts including evenings and sleep-ins. A Full UK driving licence is essential and DBS clearance will be required.

Qualifications

• Children's residential care experience (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence (essential) & access to a car (preferred).
• Willingness to work a varied rota.
• Safeguarding DBS clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Building meaningful relationships based on trust.
• Supporting emotional development, independence, routines, learning & community involvement.
• Championing safeguarding and positive practice.
• Working as part of a supportive, reflective team.
• You will be flexible with your working days to meet the needs of the home, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
