Job summary
The Bleep 360 Group Limited is seeking a Bank - Residential Support Practitioner to join our Children's Services teams. You will help make a house feel safe, nurturing and supportive for young people aged 7–17, with a focus on trauma-informed care and routines that promote independence.
The role includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as needed, with enhanced pay for overtime and holidays. Ideal candidates will have nursery or children's residential care experience, hold a full UK driving
Qualifications
- Experience in children's residential care or similar setting preferred.
- Must hold a Full UK driving licence; access to a car preferred.
- Willingness to work a varied rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

- Support emotional development, routines, learning and community involvement.
- Champion safeguarding and positive practice.
- Work as part of a supportive, reflective team.
