Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking compassionate support workers to provide community-based mental health support in the Brighton area. You will work autonomously from detailed plans, travel to clients' homes, and collaborate with a team to deliver trauma-informed, recovery-focused care.

You will join a team dedicated to helping clients regain independence and confidence, with extensive training and a strong emphasis on person-centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health or transferable healthcare skills.
• Ability to work autonomously from detailed support plans.
• Willingness to travel to client homes across the Brighton area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support promoting independence.
• Complete dynamic risk assessments and support plans.
• Promote wellbeing and manage risk in clients' homes.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide flexible hours as required by service needs.
• Support clients in accommodations or homes and facilitate safe discharges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain ongoing training.
