Job summary

Securitas UK is recruiting compassionate care support staff to cover the Eastbourne area, delivering person-centred support to individuals with complex needs in accommodation settings or in their own homes. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to implement tailored care plans, monitor progress, promote dignity and social inclusion, and help clients develop independent living skills.

Full training will be provided; we welcome those new to the field and those seeking to grow their careers.

Qualifications

• Empathy and active listening to support individuals with complex needs.

• Ability to engage with people with neurodiversity or trauma backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including mental health diagnoses.
• Help clients develop independent living skills in accommodation settings or at home.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement tailored care plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding and health and safety compliance.
• Engage with clients compassionately to foster trust and positive outcomes.
