Job summary

Securitas UK is hiring day staff to provide community-based support to clients in their own homes. You will work with a team leader and receive extensive training, with access to in-house clinical guidance.

Ideal candidates have experience in mental health or transferable skills, able to work autonomously, adaptable, resilient, and able to use trauma-informed approaches to promote independence. Car owner/driver essential due to travel involved. Sponsorship not offered.

• Experience in mental health or transferable skills from a similar field.
• Ability to work autonomously from detailed support plans.
• Resilience, adaptability and confident in problem solving.
