Job summary

Compass Community Schools in the UK is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support children with SEMH/SEND. You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers, manage classroom resources and help with trips while prioritising safety and consistent communication.

There is no formal qualification required, but experience with children or young people in education or care is valued. The role includes staff training, safeguarding duties, and potential development through apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• There is NO requirement for a formal qualification to be considered for this role, we do however value experience working with children or young people in an education or other setting.
