Job summary

Qualifications

• HLTA role requiring ability to support children with SEMH and SEND.
• Experience with trauma-informed approaches is desirable.
• Willingness to engage with safeguarding and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers in the classroom.
• Working with children 1:1 or in small groups.
• Managing classroom resources and safety.
• Assisting with trips and visits.
• Contributing to therapy sessions and reflective practice.
