Job summary

Compass Community Schools in Leiston is seeking Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support children with SEMH and SEND in a trauma-informed environment.

You will assist with classroom activities, 1:1 sessions, and small groups, providing consistent communication and safe, supportive care to learners with diverse needs. Apprenticeships at Level 3 or Level 5 are available for career progression.

Qualifications

• There is NO requirement for a formal qualification to be considered for this role, we do however value experience working with children or young people in an education or other setting.
