Job summary

Compass Community Schools is seeking Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support children with SEMH/SEND in a nurturing, trauma-informed environment. You will work closely with teachers, deliver small group or 1:1 sessions, and help manage resources while safeguarding students.

No formal qualification is required, but experience with children or young people is highly valued. Apprenticeships (Level 3) or higher roles are available for career development within the school.

Responsibilities
