Job summary

Stonepillow is seeking a motivated part-time Support Worker to assist clients across the Bognor Regis area in our supported accommodation. The role focuses on enabling adults with complex needs to gain life skills and independence through intensive, person-centered support and trauma-informed care.

You will work largely alone, responding to crises as they arise, and coordinate with partner agencies to design effective interventions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with service users to secure engagement and outcomes.
• Lead caseload management for 15+ individuals in supported accommodation.
• Develop holistic assessments and personalised housing plans with clients and partners.
• Maintain detailed case files and document safeguarding actions.
• Lead quarterly case reviews with professionals.
• Advocate for clients when appropriate.
• Build relationships with partner organisations and external agencies.
• Support clients with household tasks and tenancy maintenance.
• Assist clients in managing finances and budgeting.
• Perform maintenance and environment checks for allocated projects.
