Job summary

North Wales Housing is recruiting for a Supported Housing role at the Conwy Dispersed and Mental Health Scheme. You will contribute to delivering a person-centred, trauma-informed support service under the supervision of the Supported Housing Manager.

You will manage referrals and housing moves, complete tenancy paperwork, and work with agencies to secure move-on accommodation while maximising resident welfare.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering support in trauma-informed, person-centred environments.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and safeguarding knowledge.
• Experience working with vulnerable people and confidential information.
• Experience in client-centred services.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager to achieve KPIs.
• Manage referrals and lettings, interview applicants, maintain records.
• Complete move-in and tenancy paperwork with inductions.
• Process housing and benefit applications to maximise income.
• Liaise with voluntary and statutory agencies to provide ongoing support.
• Coordinate move-on accommodation with other providers.
