Job summary

Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd in Greater Manchester is seeking a Supported Housing Manager to lead a brand-new dispersed safe accommodation service for victims of domestic abuse. You will mobilise the service, shape its culture and deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support. The role requires management experience in complex-needs settings and strong safeguarding knowledge.

DASH, MARAC familiarity, staff supervision and housing compliance are key. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Management experience within domestic abuse, supported housing, homelessness or a comparable complex-needs service.
• Strong knowledge of DASH, MARAC and safeguarding.
• Experience of staff supervision and performance management.
• An understanding of housing management and service compliance.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• An Enhanced DBS check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the service team
• Overseeing safeguarding and high-risk domestic abuse casework
• Quality assuring DASH assessments, safety plans and support plans
• Managing referrals, occupancy, housing operations and move-on outcomes
• Monitoring service quality, performance and contractual requirements
• Building strong relationships with commissioners and partner agencies
• Participating in the management on-call rota
