The Housing Network (THN) is expanding with a new service providing safe accommodation for adult survivors of domestic abuse. The role is open to female applicants initially and requires delivering trauma-informed, strengths-based support to diverse households with complex needs across a dispersed service.

You will perform risk and needs assessments, develop inclusive support plans, and coordinate flexible assistance, including evenings and weekends where needed.

Qualifications

• Specialist support for domestic abuse victims/survivors.
• Knowledge of intersectionality with vulnerabilities (substance use, health, welfare).
• Experience with complex needs and diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe accommodation support for victims/survivors in a dispersed service.
• Use trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centred approach to build trust and plan safety.
• Conduct dynamic risk and needs assessments and co-produce accessible support and safety plans.
• Support victims/survivors to progress actions in their plan and achieve goals.
• Coordinate flexible service delivery with core rota from 9:00 to 22:00, Mon-Fri, with out-of-hours as required.
