Responsibilities

• Support colleagues and partner agencies, through awareness raising and institutional advocacy.
• Provide advice by telephone and face to face to assist victims/survivors experiencing domestic violence.
• Provide group work for residents, former residents and women living in the community.
• Ensure a high standard of information, advice and temporary accommodation is provided for women and their children.
• Ensure the smooth running of the refuge on a day-to-day basis including health and safety compliance.
