Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in education, youth work, or behaviour support.
• Proven experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour.
• Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and trauma-informed practice.
• Two education or school-based references.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs to engage positively in learning.
• Implement behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques in line with school policy.
• Work with teaching staff, pastoral teams and external agencies to promote pupil wellbeing.
