Job summary

Gist is seeking a Transport Change Manager to lead and embed transformational change across our central transport operations. You will shape and deliver transport transformation plans, align with strategy, secure buy-in from senior leaders and ensure change is represented across programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation initiatives in a transport environment.
• Strong knowledge of transport operations and planning.
• Proven track record delivering complex change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate vision into practical plans.
• Understanding of operational improvement and delivering measurable benefits.
• Certifications in change management, lean six sigma or project management are desirable

Responsibilities

• Drive change transformation and develop transport transformation plans.
• Lead change projects from proposals to implementation.
