Job summary

IAG Cargo is seeking a senior transformation professional to join the Transformation Office. You will partner with senior leaders to accelerate change programmes, embed within leadership teams, and use data to drive insightful decision making.

You’ll lead agile delivery, manage dependencies, and shape end-to-end processes across multiple streams, delivering value and strengthening governance in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a hybrid London-based pattern with a strong benefits package.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
