To help us deliver this ambition, we're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Transport Change Manager to lead and embed transformational change across our central transport operations.
As the Transport Change Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and delivering transport transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, compliance, cost, resilience and service, while ensuring change is adopted and embedded across our network.

Reporting into the Senior Transport Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving change transformation, shaping the future of our transport network where you will be responsible for shaping the transport change plans through the development and delivery of transport transformation plans aligning to strategy, securing buy-in from senior leaders and ensuring transport is represented across wider Group programmes.
You will lead change and transformation, driving the adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working, turning improvement ideas into scalable initiatives and ensuring benefits are delivered and sustained. You will lead transport change projects from proposals through to implementation, managing time, scope, budget, risks and stakeholder communication across our network of operations.
You will collaborate and partner with senior stakeholders and teams across the business to deliver effective, joined up change and drive operational excellence, identifying best practice, improve consistency and resilience, standardise change delivery, and use data to measure and demonstrate results.
In addition, you will support the wider change delivery team and business with any additional requirements as and when needed.

Salary: Up to £68,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Location: This role can be based anywhere in the UK, individuals must be comfortable with hybrid working and travel as and when needed. You will be responsible for three sites across Milton Keynes, Bradford and Daventry.
